My position top3 is also missing. I found this thread and it says that it is solved but I cannot see any of the messages in order to solve the issue.

I tried to do as you told me but it isn't working yet. In fact, I realized that the entire "Top" position is missing. Below you can find the <positions> tag as it is written on my templatedetails.xml

Is there something I am missing? I tried using "top-3" instead of "top3" but it does not work either.
