I am using sj plus template v1 and joomla 3

now i am not able to access my template files through joomla admin it shows Error occurred because preg_replace is null

may i know whats the reason for this?

Even i tried to install quickstart package but it doesn't show files

i have refered

Sorry forgot to say something...

i have installed quickstart in vsuaaonline.com/upgrade/ subfolder which refers attached screeshot

and installed theme alone in vsuaaonline.com/jupgrade/ subfolder which gives
Error occurred because preg_replace is null error
