I already configured these options as you discribe in your post.
All articles been shown in the sj_carousel, but only with the same picture in the background.
I have also configured the image Path in Image Options but I have no clue, why only one picture is shown in the caroussel.
I have stored a lot of images in the configured path.

Maybe you have an idea?
