TOPIC: Quick start package

After extract all content from quick start package into my web root folder. I don't know how to get visual wizard start in order to install the quickstart theme. Could you advice?

I am not sure if I did it wrong? First I go to hostgator to install latest wordpress then login to FTP and extract the quick start package into web root folder.
