Dear RAPHAEL MAVOUNZA,

Please go to your_site\templates\sj_snap\js\yt-script.js and find:

// Bottom Slider
	$("#yt_spotlight3 .yt-main-in1" ).prepend("<div id='bottom-toggle'>Select your region: <i class='icon-caret-down'></i></div>" );
	$("#yt_spotlight3 .yt-main-in2").attr('id', 'bottom-Slider');


You can edit the 'Select your region: ' as your idea.
