I submitted a ticket but still got no answer:

It seems that the following problems start when the site is set to offline:
When I'm visiting the site logged in with the administrator password (from the offline site interface) these problems don't happen.
As soon as i log out, and try to visit the site the following happens:

1-The button to login does not work;
2-My Account button (My account) does not open;
3-The SJ Slider Matrix for VirtueMart module appears unformatted;
4-The SJ Listing Responsive module for VirtueMart doesn't load;
5-The shopping submenu (shop) don't open
6-The submenu bonus page (page bonus) don't open
7-The module that displays the free shipping information is no longer animated

This doesn't happen if i log in with the administrator credencials. Everything is normal.

We reinstalled the template twice. In both times, the problems where the same.

One other problem that happened was also the following:
In the left position, in the Contact Us module, when i updated the customer information the phone icon disappears.
