Hi, I've installed the quick start package.
First problem: no configuration file created. I've to create a new one by my self and upload it via FTP.
Second problem: I can't accesso to backend and I get a 505 joomla error after login.

I made an installation on a sub folder of the current site.

Please try to change the permission of the sub folder to 755 or 777 and then install again.

If you still could not solve, please submit a ticket, give us FTP account so that we can have a closer look about this.
