Hello,

I get this error when I installed a Decou website to ANY of our servers :

Failed loading XML file
....................................../templates/sj_decou/templateDetails.xml
XML: failed to load external entity "........................e/templates/sj_decou/templateDetails.xml"

It also goes blank whenever a 3rd party tries to redirect or goto a payment gateway or plan grid ( we are using payplans ) of any kind.

Please can anyone help

This did not do anything - it still goes blank with no error message appearing even on max error reporting - any suggestions ?

Okay so I switched on the SEF Url option with .htaccess and the redirects are working on some pages but on others it totally breaks the template. I have attached a screenshot
