after uploading all the content of the quickstart package i get the following message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '',' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING) in /home/www/shop/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4045

Why I get these failure message?
How could i fix it?
