SJ Royal - An eye-catching Joomla! Template that has been released for Joomla 3.x

Help me please!

I have bought and downloaded files SJ_Royal_sj_royal_quickstart_j32_v1.0.0, and also SJ_Royal_sj_royal_template_j3x_v1.0.0.

At installation on localhost (win7-64, XAMPP) a package quickstart together with "Sample Data" the fitter hangs. Without a package it is established it is normal, however template Royal is absent.

At installation of expansion of template Royal, there is an error:
"Warning
JInstaller::Install: File does not exist C:\xampp\htdocs\lbwns\tmp\install_52cfed01989a1\index.html".

They answered:
We're sorry. It's our mistake. You can unzip file SJ_Royal_sj_royal_template_j3x_v1.0.0.zip and open file templateDetails.xml
Remove the line in there:
<filename>index.html</filename>
and Save.
After that, please zip file again, and install it normally.
