I download the latest version, i have the same problem.
I send a third ticket an no help, only the same bla bla bla.
I give up, bad support, bad products. Be happy with the money i pay for nothing.

please try to install the module which I sent you.

I have also installed the latest version of module before.

It ok at that time.

I do not understand why you reinstall it.

1.you can not see the latest articles by choosing the "Sort By Field" parameter as "Recently Added First"

2.you can not see image of each item
