I recently downloaded and installed SJ Social Media Counter. I was able to get this working for Twitter alone. I cannot get it going for LinkedIn, Facebook and GooglePlus

For Facebook, there is no place where i can enter app id, app secret
For LinkedIn, I created OAUTH Token, OAUTH Token Token Secret and other details, still it is not working.

For GooglePlus, i gave URL, pageid and api key. Still it is not showing up

Since i downloaded it last month, i am assuming that it is latest version of social media counter.

I installed latest version 1.1.1. Now i see one follower for LinkedIn. There should be more. Also, after installing 1.1.1, in the setup screens, i didn't see place holder for API Key, OAuth Token, OAuth Token Secret and Page Id for LinkedIn. All i see for LinkedIn is URL.

Please let me know how to fix it..
