I wish the answers will be in here as well since is a support forum. Maybe close this forum from public view so only purchasers can view other questions on how to resolve problems like this one that Im trying to figure out.

Ticket system is great but if the support is there fast, otherwise this is the best support system for those to do some reading and fix it by our self without waiting an entire day as Im in US and the time frame is there. When here I sleep you guys are on time and when Im working on the site you guys sleep
