Sorry, as i needed a quick fix, i ve swapped to another template not using your plugin.

I also took a other template.
But I have a own vserver and can set up a new account for you (if you want) and can use a dyndns adress.
I would set it up today evening and send you the account tomorrow.

Its a new installed Joomla 3.0.1 with acitivated YT_Plugin and installed template.
So it shows the error.

If you need phpinfo please give me a message, phpinfo is default disables in ispcp. If you need it, I try to activate it for you.
