I have faced a problem with the slideshow doesn't show the images nether the description, and I have submitted a ticket about month ago and you didn't solve this problem, this is not good for your reputation, as I know you, you were good and helpful people.
I put my problem here because you are ignoring to reply in my ticket and it took so long time to have one reply.
I hope you fix my problem because I'm tired of waiting for your response in the ticket section, you reply once a week or more than a week.
