Problem with Language Feature in Quickstart package 10 years, 2 months ago #21022

I installed the Quickstart package (SJ Financial II version 1.0.1).
Language Manager is not working. When I try to "Find languages" it does not link to the Joomla language repository. Also can't upload/install language package.
(I encountered the same problem when I tried the older SJ-Financial Quickstart package in a different test installation)

I submitted a support ticket 2 days ago, no response yet...
