I've bought a SJ Financial II template and unable to install quickstart. On first step I fill out all necessary fields and click on "continue", progress bar appears and I back to the first page.
I'm not newbie and working with Joomla lot of years, so I know how to install quick start thus I am reporting about bug. I took installation folder from original Joomla 3.4.3 and replaced it in your quickstart (but kept your sql folder with DB). So, there is no such bug and I reached next step in installation.
But I am not sure your quickstart includes latest Joomla 3.4.3 version.

PHP 4.42
DB: 5.5.37-MariaDB-wsrep-log

I got success on localhost. It seems there were some troubles with server configuration.
I solved my issue, but you may verify it if you wish. thank you.

I am having same issues. I have enough knowledge, but am having the same problems.
I am using the latest version of xampp. After replacing the joomla version in the installation package, the website installs, but there is no quickstart.
In the folder "templates" I see the new template, but it is not in the database, neither in the backend.
Do you also use xampp? Or some other software?

Please change in file php.ini
display_errors = off
Then install our template again.
If you still can not, please submit ticket, we will check and install for you.

Me too have trouble with the quick install.
I habe turn off error reporting from server. Also if I want to download template is say missing file.
There more then 3 days I hape opend a ticket but not boddu cares to reply.
I have replyed 3 times but nothing.
Totally disappointed from ur support.
I am not going to renew with this terrible support.
