Hi,

I just installed SJ Style template via quickstart guide and then installed MijoShop component and package files. I am getting "You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator." error even before restoring MijoShop backup SQL file. I am also getting error on SJ Extraslider for MijoShop module and had to turn it off to run the website.

I have the same problem, both with MijoShop 2.x and 3.x.

The permissions issue is with MijoShop extension so you should contact MijoShop support about it. I contacted them and they fixed it. This SmartAddons support sucks. They are the worst in replying to active support tickets so don't expect anything from SmartAddons support.

I would ask help from the MijoShop people, they seem to be much better in providing help than these people here. Regretting signing up for a year's developer license.

MijoShop (OpenCart) has a simple permissions system in the admin area. Normally when installing new extensions, there is code that automatically adds the Top Administrator group to have permissions on the extension. However, when adding new pages or pages that don't use the extension install system, the permission step will need to be done manually.

If you are getting this error, you can:

1. Go to the admin menu: MijoShop => System => Users => User Groups
2. Edit the Top Administrators group
3. Be sure to check all the checkboxes for both Access and Modify areas
4. Save

Now you should be able to reach that page you originally tried to load.
