You can go to the file /templates/sj_zaga/css/template-oranges.css and find:
#yt_mainmenu .yt-resmenu a .fa {
margin: 0;
font-size: 28px;
color: #444;
}
=> Edit to:
#yt_mainmenu .yt-resmenu a .fa {
margin: 0;
font-size: 28px;
color: #fff;
}
