When someone clicks on SHOP NOW it re-directs you to www.smartaddons.com/blog/item/1285-merry-christmas-save-40-off-everything&utm_source=user&utm_medium=sj-xmas&utm_campaign=xmas15

how can I edit that?

You can edit in file modules/mod_sj_xmas/tmpl/default.php

$('.sj_popup_link').click(function(){
window.location.href = 'www.smartaddons.com/blog/item/1285-merry-christmas-save-40-off-everything&utm_source=user&utm_medium=sj-xmas&utm_campaign=xmas15';
})
