I also Purchased the template and its not installing. Not giving any error but was also not installing. But, some how I install it. I think it might help you for the time being.
Just extract the template and place the folder in the temp folder of your site and then select Install from directory and give path to your temp folder.
Eg. C:\wamp\www\testsite/tmp
this is just my local host site to test. I hope it will help you guys.
