I have a problem when I choose mega menu from the menu options in the template

drop down works perfectly on home page, but when I go to any other page using the menu, the drop down doesn't drop at all,

Any suggestion?

Please download this file:

and upload it to: folder 'plugins/system/ytshortcodes/assets/js
Then go to the file: /plugins/system/ytshortcodes/ytshortcodes.php
and add the code:
$document->addScript($this->baseurl . "plugins/system/ytshortcodes/assets/js/bootstrap-tooltip.js");

after the code:
$document->addScript($this->baseurl . "plugins/system/ytshortcodes/assets/js/shortcodes.js");
