first i test the vicmagz site in the normal mobile view but it does not match my taste.
So i installed the "Responsivizier" to deactivate some menüs and modules.... But then a message appears Please config select layout in Administrator >> Template Manager >> Your_Template >> Tab:Layout >> Field:layout
....I think this mean the site in my screenshot below....
But when i put a normal modul ID to the variation and click "apply" nothing happend.
How can i disable some categorys, posts, modules etc....??

Please go to Administrator >> Template Manager >>SJ Tech >> Open Tab: Layout >> Choose layout in Field. Click save.

Then try clear cache in Joomla.

there is no field "layout in Field" to choose in SJ/VICMAGZ.
