After installing JCE Editor then activating it in Global configuration, then from you go to do an edit to an article will not show the buttons please see attachment

Im not sure if you have received the attachment or not, it did not show me it has been loaded

then send us the admin and ftp account in Website Information (for Admin Only) to check directly
