It's been a week since I purchased this extension, I've had issues withfrom the start, have contacted techsupport - ticket #TE-0000001345. Techsupport asked for server login info within 12 hours, which I passed on straight away & ever since then I haven't had a reply back.

What's happening with this extension? It doesn't show the images within an article. The module is also appearing in pages that aren't referenced in the module or article setup

Theme 5 totally screws up my theme footer & when you adjust the settings i.e change width & height nothing happens.

My project has stood still for a week hoping that this could be resolved, I'll give it another two days then I'll request my money back, review at Joomla Extensions & look elsewhere

Thanks for that, yes the problem was dealt with in a timely manner...the problem is that I still found a problem with the extension, replied to my ticket four days ago & still have not had a reply back. You may want to start checking your support tickets a bit more regularly. Can you check ticket #TE-0000001345 & reply to that please.

Hi Yah Support, Thanks for the fix but I think you've rushed this & haven't tested fully.

Go back to the web site lead page, I have activated the module in position 10 as before & have left the inserted module code in the lead page...you can clearly see the difference between the two ????

Thumbnails not showing properly, different CSS for the text - it's just not what it's suppose to be.
