on the left side looks nice but on the right side does not look nice. how can I fix it to look just like the left side.

The module filter only get color from only products in every page, it can't get color from all products.

Our theme doesn't support that idea. If you want, you can submit custom work ticket, we will fix with small fee
I will notice this option to our developer, maybe they will consider it to update in next version
