When I want to install a quickstart version joomla4, I've received an error that I don't have the rights to create a file configuration.php.
All my folders have 0755, all files have 0644

On the same hosting, I have another Joomla webpages and the installation was ok without any problems like that one

Maybe your folder is not allowed to re-write, you should check this issue with your hosting provider again.

Even I put 0777 at all folders and file a pre-install error message is the same

After installation now I have another issue with the home page, no other page shown only a error message as below

Please go to the file: modules\mod_sj_basic_news\core\helper_base.php and find:
$self_closing_tag = split(',', 'area,base,basefont,br,col,frame,hr,img,input,isindex,link,meta,param,embed');
Edit to:
$self_closing_tag = explode(',', 'area,base,basefont,br,col,frame,hr,img,input,isindex,link,meta,param,embed');
