why my installation look so bad

any learned teacher could give me idea as how to get the demo type pattern
with neat images with dimension as per demo
300px × 200px (scaled to 166px × 110px)

whatever i try, my installation images not getting right - want the demo look and presentation

pls help me advise what to configure - either in main k2 parameters or this module parameters

this is a test site on sub domain - main site is LIVE

Please config in this module manager: choose Resize Mode->center, ex: width: 250, height:170 , background: #ffffff ....
