Hi everyone!
I am using the yt news template and I am having a bad time trying to publish articles on my new site, for which reason I could not promote it yet. Anytime I write a new article, it is stored and will not publish where I want it to go on the existing buttons and links. I even tried to replace some of the sample data articles but the problem persists. Am I getting something wrong? someone please assist.

where do I submit a ticket this time to ensure it is treated? I did submit one earlier with regard to an extension I was using (latest videos) that suddenly disappeared from the front-end and nothing was done about the ticket.
