TOPIC: Ticket support SUCKS !

Ticket support SUCKS ! 5 years, 11 months ago #37708

So i've literally been waiting for over 40 hours now for a reply from my request to Support team. I have not got anything in return from them.
My store is not working, acctually checkout. I can not selling.
Help should come within 24h i think so, I paid for that.
I am really disappointed !
You guys have the same experience with them ?
