When you buy the module the first time, you will have the latest version. After the first release, we will update this module regularly, then please check newer versions in
here
REQUIREMENTS
1. Joomla! v1.7.x and Joomla! 2.5.x latest stable versions are highly recommended.
INSTALLATION
1. Prepare your module package (zip file; please UNZIP first if it is indicated in the file name)
2. All steps are in administrator of Joomla!:
- In your Administrator page, go to Extensions -> Extension Manager
In this page, click Browse, select module package.
- Then click Upload & Install
- Please wait for module being installed, usually within several seconds
- Now go to Extensions -> Module Manager, click Select Type box and choose the module you have installed
- Then click the module listed below to configure it as SETTINGS part hereafter
SETTINGS
1. This module with sample layout is below:
- Main title: Title of item showing, configured under Zoo Options
- Ceated date: Show date which you create the item
2. The parameters are divided up into the following areas:
- General Settings
- Zoo Settings
- Image Settings
- Advance
GENREAL SETTINGS
- Module Class Suffix - Allow you to choose another CSS class that suits your template. Please refer more here
- Zoo Application - Allow to choose one of 2 applications available: Page Application OR Blog Application
- Zoo Category - Choose the source of category that is used with this module
- Source filter - Allow to show items that meet some factors:
- All Items
- None Special Items
- Only Special Items
- Sort order by - Select a field which you would like Items to be ordered by:
- Priority
- Recently add
- Recently modified
- Hits
- Title
- Random
- Total Items - Allow to set number of items which you want to show in the module
- Select a theme - Please change theme which you want to show. We support 4 themes for your module.
ZOO SETTINGS
- Show Normal Title - Show/hide normal title
- Show Main Title - Show/hide main title
- Show Main Description - Show/hide main description
- Show Normal Description - Show/hide normal description
- Show Read More - You can Show/hide Read More
- Title Color - You can change color of title of Item
- Max length of title - The max number of characters in title article which can be showed
- Max length of Main Description - The max number of characters in main description which can be showed
- Max length of Normal Description - The max number of characters in normal description which can be showed
- Module Width - You can set width by pixel for the module here.
- Open Link
- Same window: Open the link in the same window
- New window: Open the link in the new window
- Show Date - You can show/hide the Date which you created the Item
- Link for Title - Enable/Disable link for Title of Article
- Custom URL - This param allows you to customize the link of each item. If you do not want to go to the detail page of item, you can change the link to another.
IMAGE SETTINGS
- Large Thumbnail Width/Height - Allow to set width/height of large thumbnail
- Small Thumbnail Width/Height - Allow to set width/height of small thumbnail
- Image Background Color - Allow to set the background color of image
- Image mode - Allow you to choose the mode of image resizing

- Link for image - Enable/Disable link for image
ADVANCE
- Media Elements - Allow to set which elements of HTML which images can be fetched from
- Description Elements - Allow to set which elements of HTML which description can be fetched from
- Show introtext - Allow to show/hide introtext
- Intro Text - The content to show at the top of module
- Show Footertext - Allow to show/hide footer text
- Footer Text - The content to show at the end of module
- Caching
- Use Global: Turn on caching
- No Caching: Turn off caching
- Include Jquery - Allow to include jQuery lib OR not
- Cache Times - The time to cache
