The Asia-Pacific Gateway (APG) submarine cable was broken at 16:00pm on June 20, affecting Internet connection in Vietnam that the internet bandwidth from our country (Viet Nam) to international destinations will be disrupted. It is estimated to complete the repair on July 14, 2017. So we are sorry to announce that our support response time will be slower than usual during this time.
