I want to thank you for replying to my ticked but till now nothing helpfull. 3 Dayes after I opend the ticked you asked me for cpanel details then after 3 days you asked me for joomla admin, meanwhile did not replying why I cant download the template and its extensions.
And now we are 7 days I have opened the ticked and it looks like you dont have even checked my problem.
I am sorry to day but this is not a good support and this will affect my next subscription here.

We need check your admin site because this is maybe issue of our module and your server, so we need check it first, we explained in ticket, please check again.
